Special Abilities

Temporal Paralysis
In the utmost moments of desperation, the attuned wearer of the Eye of Time can invoke the power of the garnet stone within the ring. This ability allows the wearer to halt all life in a nearby radius of 60 feet, causing paralysis on all unallied creatures caught within. This effect renders them unable to move or take any actions for 1d3 rounds. This ability may be used once per day.
Alteration of Fate
Additionally, the Eye of Time grants the wearer the ability to alter the fate of a recipient chosen by the wearer. By channeling the ring's magic and focusing their will, the wearer can grant advantage on a saving throw to the chosen individual, enhancing their chances of success. However, it is important to note that this alteration of fate comes at a cost. The wearer themselves will experience the original outcome that was intended for the recipient, resulting in disadvantage on their next saving throw. This ability may be used twice per day.
